We recognise that our most valuable resource is our workers and we are committed to ensuring that each worker receives the required training to do their job safely. We carefully identify individual training needs and deliver in-house and on the job training to enable our workers to fulfil their potential. External training is provided by our partners to develop workers technical skills.
